Arnie was born in Montreal. He graduated from Sir George Williams University (B. Comm.). He articled with a local Montreal C.A. firm where he received his C.A. Arnie then attended the University of Montreal Law School where he received his law degree (LL.L). He then joined a multi-national corporation as a tax manager for Canada.
Arnie moved to Vancouver where he joined an international accounting firm as a tax manager. He then formed a medium sized accounting firm for which he was a managing partner until 1993. In 1994, he founded STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants, in Vancouver B.C. which was a predecessor to Sadovnick Morgan LLP.
Arnie qualified as a CPA in 1995 in the United States and is licensed by the Washington State Board of Accounting. He was a partner of Telford Sadovnick, P.L.L.C., Certified Public Accountants in Bellingham, Washington, USA.
Arnie has a large accounting, tax and trust practice. He is involved in cross-border tax transactions. He also served as a director on a number of private charitable foundations.

Peter graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1981 with a major in Commerce and a minor in Economics. He articled with a medium-sized firm in Vancouver, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the spring of 1984.
Peter practiced in the insolvency area from 1984 to the end of 1986, where he worked on a variety of assignments and completed the Canadian Insolvency Course of Study. From 1987 onward, he has concentrated his efforts in the accounting, auditing and tax field with extensive experience serving a wide variety of both large and small owner-managed operations. He has also completed the course study of the School of Valuations and has a diploma from the University of British Columbia in Mortgage Lending and Brokerage, as well as the 2.5-year CICA In-Depth Tax Course.
In 1994 Peter was a founding partner of the firm STS Partners LLP (formerly Sadovnick Telford + Skov), Chartered Accountants in Vancouver, British Columbia. In January 2013, STS merged and became Morgan LLP. Following 1.5 years of practice as Morgan LLP, a new firm was created, Sadovnick Morgan LLP, in which Peter is a founding partner.

Michael has a private client practice which ranges from professionals and individuals to private enterprises, charities and family businesses. He has significant training and experience in the areas of tax and family enterprises, as well as assurance engagements for clients. He has advised clients on topics including personal, corporate, trust and international tax issues, business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate restructuring and legacy / estate planning.
Michael grew up in Vancouver. He attended the Vancouver Film School straight out of high school and earned a New Media Certificate in 2000. He then completed a degree in marketing with a minor in communications. After working as an intern with Hasbro in Toronto and Nintendo in Vancouver, Michael joined the family business and earned his C.A. designation in 2009 after passing the qualifying exam as one of the top 50 writers in Canada. Michael has also completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course as well as the UBC Family Enterprise Advisor Program, after which he attained the Family Enterprise Advisor designation.
Michael is a member of various associations, including the Canadian Tax Foundation, Canadian Young Tax Practitioners, Institute of Family Enterprise Advisors, Canadian Association of Family Enterprises, and Congregation Schara Tzedeck, where he acts as treasurer.

Lucy has been with the firm since 1997. She grew up in Taiwan and attended high school in Saskatoon. She graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a diploma in financial accounting and obtained her CGA designation in 2003.
Lucy is primarily focused on providing accounting, assurance, tax planning and consulting services to individuals and private enterprises. She has significant training and experience in the area of accounting and taxes for physicians and lawyers.
She has two active kids; in her spare time, she enjoys reading and crafting with the kids, and spending time with family and friends.
